Ms. Serene See Aik Lian
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ms. Serene See is the founder of Algobizz Limited. She has been spearheading the company in sales and marketing for over 17 years. Renowned for her skill in sales presentations, close rapport with all users, and close coordination with LHDNM, she has led the company to become one of the fastest-growing software companies in Malaysia. She worked closely with the LHDNM technical team to develop the e-DTS C feature, which enables tax return filing in just 3 seconds through iBiZZtax Web-API integration with the LHDNM portal. This innovation minimizes processing time and eliminates redundant data entry. She has been selected as a 100 Go Digital Coach and Exclusive Partner by MDEC. In line with the Malaysia Digital Transformation Blueprint, she has also successfully assisted more than 1,000 tax professionals in digitizing their business operations between 2020 and 2025. Besides Malaysia, the company now has a presence in Indonesia and is rapidly expanding its business to Southeast Asia.
Mr. Sam Lim Huay Chong
Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Mr. Sam Lim is the founder of the IT industry in Johor and Singapore and has a track record of 16 years’ experience in ICT industry. Before setting up Algobizz Limited, Mr. Sam Lim led and managed a MSC status company specializing in VOIP Broadband Technologies & Business. He was the Regional Manager (Southern) for Nation-Tech Sdn Bhd (Taiwan 1st International Computer Group Overseas Subsidiary), for more than 5 years. At Nation-Tech, he has set up and managed 2 top-performing branches. Mr. Sam Lim has also led a successful IT Consultancy specializing in B2B businesses, mainly eCommerce Solutions. His major role in the company is transforming conventional tax firms into Digital Tax Firms via the Company’s unique Digital Tax Firm Platform (DTFP).
Mr. Tiyo Chin Hock
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Tiyo is the founder of the company and creator of iBiZZtax Cloud. He oversees the Research & Development arm and is responsible for systems design and work-flow of our solutions. His major role is developing solution with cloud computing using DataFlex Cloud 4th Generation and at the same time, promoting it into South East Asia. He has developed Direct Sales System Application which require massive and swift crunching of big data. He is also well versed in Microsoft .NET environment solutions design and implementation. His latest achievement is the development for Cloudtax Indonesia which has received an initiative from MDEC under 4th Industrial Revolution Catalyst Grant (4ICG) in year 2022.
Mr. Simon Gan Chun Yee
Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO)
Mr. Simon Gan is the Group Chief Technology Officer of Algobizz Limited. He has over 20 years of experience in ICT, data technology, and artificial intelligence. He has led a technical team of over 300 professionals, driving numerous innovative technology implementations. He successfully developed big data and AI products that were listed on the London Stock Exchange and later acquired by a Japanese conglomerate for USD 117 million. He has delivered successful AI and big data projects across various industries, including finance, retail, travel, manufacturing, government, and healthcare.He also formerly led a national-level cross-border e-commerce big data initiative, driving enterprise digital transformation.
Dato’ Seri Dr Goh Kwee Keng
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Dato’ Seri Goh Kwee Keng is a Chartered Accountant by profession. In year 1988, he graduated & later becoming a fellow member of ACCA (UK). He has more than 30 years of experience in accountancy, finance & business. Currently, he is the owner and partner of four public accounting firms in Malaysia. Dato’ Seri Goh is the associate partner of London School of Accountancy & Finance (LSAF) in Jakarta Indonesia.
Ms. Megan Lim Chiew Ling
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
Ms. Megan Lim is the Chief Administrative Officer of Algobizz Limited, responsible for event management, coaching, managerial training, and learning & development initiatives. She brings extensive experience in product management, key account development, and project leadership, having worked with Thermo Fisher and Jebsen & Jebsen Technologies. Ms. Lim is also a successful entrepreneur who founded several companies and has represented leading international brands while achieving outstanding sales results.
Ms. Jamie Lam Sou Yeng
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Jamie is the Chief Product Officer in Algobizz Limited. With over 16 years of experience in the taxation field, she has built extensive expertise in tax compliance and planning. Throughout her career, she has served more than 300 SMEs and individual clients, provided practical tax guidance and ensuring compliance with evolving tax regulations. Prior to her current role, she held a managerial position where she successfully led and supervised a team of six professionals, overseeing tax engagements and operational delivery. Her leadership experience has contributed to strengthening service quality and team development. She currently serves within the Research & Development team, where she plays a key role in monitoring developments in tax legislation and translating regulatory changes into practical product enhancements. In addition, she provides internal technical updates and supports new users by delivering guidance on the company’s tax software solutions.
