Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ms. Serene See is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Board of the Company. Ms. See is responsible for the general corporate strategy, overall management of our operations and business expansion. She has been selected as 100 Go Digital Coach & Exclusive Partner by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation and also serves as the primary liaison with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) to ensure that tax regulatory and e-filing system updates are reflected in iBiZZCLOUD.
Mr. Sam Lim Huay Chong
Group Chief Operation Officer (COO)
Mr. Sam Lim is the Group Chief Operating Officer and Director. Mr. Sam Lim is the founder of an IT company in Johor and Singapore and has a track record of over 26 years of experience in the information and communications technology industry. He was the Regional Manager for Nation-Tech Sdn. Bhd. (Taiwan 1st International Computer Group Overseas Subsidiary), for more than 5 years. At Nation-Tech, he has set-up and managed 2 top-performing branches. Mr. Lim joined our Group in October 2018 and became our Chief Operating Officer. From 2007 to 2018, Mr. Lim served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bizztax Alliance Sdn. Bhd., an on-premise tax software developer.
Mr. Simon Gan Chun Yee
Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Simon Gan is the Group Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Gan has over 20 years of experience in various industries such as enterprise information and communications technology, artificial intelligence, Big Data, software architecture, and digital transformation sectors. Mr. Gan joined our Group in July 2025 and became our Chief Technology Officer. Since April 2024, Mr. Gan has been serving as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of GenTech AI Sdn. Bhd., an Artificial Intelligence solution provider. From 2006 to 2023, Mr. Gan served as the head of research and development, Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence leader, and the Chief Architect of Fusionex Group.
Mr. Tiyo Chin Hock
Group Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Mr. Tiyo is the Group Chief Information Officer. Mr. Tiyo has over 28 years of experience in software development sector. Mr. Tiyo joined our Group in 2018 and became our Chief Information Officer. From 2007 to 2019, Mr. Tiyo served as the Director cum Chief Technology Officer in Bizztax Alliance Sdn Bhd, where from 1999 to 2007, he served as Information Technology Manager in Diamond Interest Sdn. Bhd. In Year 2022, he developed Cloudtax Indonesia which has received an initiative from MDEC under 4th industrial Revolution Catalyst Grant (4ICG).
Dato’ Seri Dr. Goh Kwee Keng
Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Dato’ Seri Dr. Goh Kwee Keng is the Group Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Goh has over 30 years of experience public accounting, taxation and auditing services industries. Mr. Goh joined our Group in October 2019 and became our Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Goh has been serving as an associate partner of London School of Accountancy & Finance. From June 2007 to February 2018, Mr. Goh served as a partner Siti, Goh & Associates, a tax firm. Mr. Goh has been a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountant since 1993. Mr. Goh has been a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom since 1988 and a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant since 1993.
Ms. Megan Lim Chiew Ling
Group Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
Ms. Megan Lim is the Group Chief Administration Officer. Ms. Lim has over 20 years of experience in the human resources and administrative sector. Ms. Lim joined our Group in January 2019 and became our Chief Administration Officer. From 2012 to 2016, Ms. Lim served as the administrative director of Impressions Events Management Sdn Bhd, an event management and training company.
Ms. Jamie Lam Sou Yeng
Group Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Jamie is the is the Group Chief Product Officer. Ms. Lam has over 17 years of experience in the tax industry. Ms. Lam joined our Group in March 2025 and became our Chief Product Officer. Since 2009, Ms. Lam has been serving various roles for L.Y. Tax Services Sdn. Bhd., with her last role as Tax Manager. Ms. Lam obtained her ACCA qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2015.
